Title: upload form is missing HTML tags - [Fixed in 3.2.10 !!!]

In the upload form there is this text:

QuoteAlle Eingabefelder mit einem Stern (*) sind Pflichtfelder und müssen Daten enthalten.

This text is not surrounded by any HTML tag so it is impossible to style it. Please put that text in a span with some class. Thanks.
