I'm not sure what I did, I haven't done anything out of the ordinary Joomla usage, except now when I goto Global Configuration on the admin page, nothing shows up. No errors, no 404's, no nothing, just a blank white page.
Can anyone please assist me? I need to turn off Joomla user registration, and I'm no sure howto do so without the Global Configuration page

I have a problem similar to yours as well.
When you have a blank page are normally php errors.
But you should find help in a pure Joomla forum. Here is only jDownloads the theme. ;)
