Features are great already, we could discuss some UX improvement maybe, but the worse point wichi is making me look around for alternatives is the look and feel.
We cannot think anymore to spend days to visually integrate any component in a template
Please consider a deep restyling of icons and navigation, for easier integration with modern templates

I understand that request very well. I've already tried to implement some of this with the new 4.1 layouts, and more layouts are due to follow soon.
However, I'm currently putting most of my effort into the next version, v6. There will be major improvements in the layout area as well. Unfortunately, though, this will take a few more months.
