Hi all,
I've been using jDownloads 4.0 for a couple of months and ran into a problem I can't quite figure out. When I replace an existing file with a new version (for example, updating a PDF in the backend), the download itself updates fine, but the old thumbnail/preview image still shows on the frontend. Even clearing cache doesn't seem to refresh it.
Is there a specific setting or step I need to trigger so that the thumbnail regenerates when a file is replaced? Or does jDownloads 4.0 not automatically update thumbnails?
Would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.

Could you advise how you changed the Download. For example did you use the Files method or maybe you you editted the Download and changed the 'Currently assigned file'. Also in which Category is the Download located?
Please note if you just changed the downloadable file then that does not change the image
