I'm looking to upgrade my site to Joomla 5. However, the Joomla 5 upgrade script extensions checker flags System jDownloads plugin as an upgrade issue.
My site details as follows:
jDownloads version 4.0.38 Stable
Joomla Version 4.4.1
PHP 8.1.26

Please advise what I should do to resolve this error so I can proceed with Upgrading to Joomla 5

It does suggest that the System plugin is a potential issue. The actual warning is "Potential Upgrade Issue".
But it is not! This cncerned me when upgrading to J5. But when I just continued it is OK.
Provided you took a backup it is safe to go ahead.
