Is there any component that provides SEF URLs for Jdownloads on Joomla 4?
I'm using JoomSEF, but it has not been updated to Joomla 4 and seems to be completely dead.
This leaves me stuck on Joomla 3 because I can't find another SEF plugin that works with Jdownloads on Joomla 4.

You could try Weeblr who advocates using sh404SEF which he says will run on Joomla 4 and it has an import from JoomSEF. After importing there are 4SEF etc
