Title: Search does not respect Access - [Fixed in 4.0.29]

Hi
When using the jD Search facility and not logged in the search result showed 3 downloads. Two of these had Access set to Registered.

Attached is a bugfix.
Please copy the extracted file it to /components/com_jdownloads/src/Model/
Or wait on the update.
