Title: How display a preview image only for some downloads
Post by: pranky on 22.02.2023 15:49:25
Hi

I would like to know if it is possible to display a preview image only for some downloads and not for others.
I have disabled the creation of thumbnails from pdf files and I no longer see images but I would like some to see them.
I've looked at the documentation but haven't been able to find the solution.
I uploaded a jpg thumbnail image for a specific download but it doesn't show in the frontend. (see attached image)
can you give me some indications?

Thanks in advance

edit: Jdownloads Version:  3.9.8.6

Hi
I think you should perhaps consider updating to at least jD3.9

You can add images to just those Downloads where you need them

Colin
Ps for looking at 3.2 docs use

Specifically for the upgrade

Hi
Have you looked at the documentation/
https://www.jdownloads.net/documentation/faq-v3-9/adding-images-to-a-download

Maybe you have not set the relevant options, using a Layout that does not include {screenshots} or do not have GD Library present
