Hello! Is there any possibility to add the price value placeholder variable on the Email layout from jDownloads - Options - E-Mails?
Available placeholder variables are
{file_list} {ip_address} {date_time} {user_name} {user_group}
I tried Layouts placeholder variables but didnt work
{price_title} {price_value}

That email is sent everytime a Download is downloaded! Not just when a new Download is added.
Hoewever it would be an extra facility if an email was sent when a new Download was available. So could you please add it to suggestions.
In reality this would not get done until we have sorted jD4

I have looked at the code in more detail.
The Download could be multiple files downloaded when using a layout with check boxes.
This gives an email like below. So adding in extra items would be challenging.
The Upload email is only for uploads from the front end.
You could also show the price in the layout

On my site it sends mails for each download file, not multiple files in one mail.

I appreciate you are only concerned with your site but we need to consider the wider audience! :)
Yes your layout may only show one download but other users might be using layouts that have multiple Downloads so that would make the coding and specification 'interesting' with a lot of specific code.

I speak about showing the price on download email notifications. Anyway, it's not important as you said it's a lot of specific code.
