Hi,

we have created two custom user groups in our website and would like to allow them access to create new files within administration, but the setting for it is locked (see screenshot)

Please help, how to override this?

This looks to me as if somewhere there is a Deny permission set somewhere. Will send you a PM (Private Message)

As well as the Deny item I understand you want the User Groups you have created to be able to create Categories and Downloads in the Backend.

Is that correct?
