Print Page - single category, show featured first

Hi,
I am showing a single category in one menu item, but would like to display all the featured downloads first, then the non featured category in any order, (but would like the lastest added first).

If you look in the menu item in the Lists Layout tab you can select the default sort order. This includes Featured Download order.Colin
