Hello,

i just installed the JDownloads in the Backend of my Joomla-Website. In the Frontend there is now a huge grey information box under every Download-Link. Is there any option in the Backend to switch off this Information box?

Hi Anna,
you can select another Downloads layout.
See pic for examples.

Hello Arno,

thank you for your hint.
Unfortunately it doesn`t match with my problem. It changes the layout of the different folders in the JDownload-Area but the informationbox is not switched of.
Do you have any other idea for me?

aber darum ging es doch oben.
Wenn ich das alternative Layout aktiviere sehe ich das auf Bild 1.
Oder meintest du eventuell die Download Detail Anzeige?

Grundsätzlich kannst du jedes Layout anpassen, erweitern oder verkürzen. Mehr findest du in der Dokumentation unter Layouts.

Hi
In the Files layouts the 'Files Layout Single Line v3.2' one is very efficient with vertical space.
Also at http://www.jdownloads.com/index.php/downloads/category/11-files-layouts.htmlyou can find some compact versions where the grey box is just one line
