Hi
The latest jD is complete but there are a few additions .
One of these is Alpha User Points which has a setup in the Config - Specials tabhttp://www.jdownloads.net/documentations/item/using-altauserpoints-alphauserpoints-in-jdownloads
Another one is JComments - here there is a setup in Config - frontend tabhttp://www.jdownloads.net/documentations/item/enabling-comments-on-downloads-with-jcomments
There is also one that is specific to Community Builder to allow integration for jD.http://www.jdownloads.net/documentations/item/using-the-jdownloads-community-builder-plugin
There are numerous other Joomla! extensions that may be used in Download Descriptions as you can enable plugins.  Variuos examples are shown in http://www.jdownloads.net/documentations/item/extending-with-plugins-example-using-image-gallery-videosSo really it is up to you what 'extras' you would like to include! :) The Regular lab plugins Modules Anywhere, Articles Anywhere and Components Anywhere obviously allow almost anything to be shown in a jD Description.
