Since small errors often hide more important errors, these may be worthwhile to fix:

JDownloads 3.2.46
Apache2
php5
Ubuntu

From the Apache2 logs, I consistently see:

PHP Warning: stristr(): Empty needle in /xxxxxx/capstorm/libraries/joomla/document/html.php on line 232, referer: https://www.capstorm.com/

PHP Notice: Undefined variable: user_group in /xxxxxx/capstorm/components/com_jdownloads/helpers/jdownloadshelper.php on line 3142, referer: https://www.capstorm.com/component/jdownloads/summary/8-copystormmedic/40-copystorm-csmedic

Thanks. But the first one has nothing to do with jDownloads.
The second will be fixed in the next release.
