Title: Error since upgrade
Post by: loisjeangill on 13.06.2015 23:34:50
A few months ago I upgraded joomla from 2.5 to 3.4.1 and upgraded jdownloads from 2.5.28 to 3.2. As far as I knew, everything worked fine. Users were able to download files as before, and still can.

Now when trying to assign uploaded files to new categories, I am given an Error 1146 (see attached image), telling me one of my database files doesn't exist. I checked backups, and that database file isn't there either. I also got this error when upgrading to the latest build 3.2.33, but the jdownloads panel now tells me that I hae version 3.2.33.

What is this file, and why don't I have it.

Hi,
the table from the error message is a part from the Joomla 'tags' system. It is not a part from jDownloads self.
jDownloads supported Joomla 'tags' since version 3.2.32.

You should try to create tags in Joomla articles. Or send me login data for your backend and phpmyadmin via PM.
