Could you please advide which version of Cummunity builder and which version of the jD community plugin you are using.

Also could you advise what version of MySQL or MariaDB you are using as we have fixed earlier problem with jD3.9 upgrade. The problem for some users was the version of the database. You can find this info in Joomla! System - System Information tab. Also helpful to know which version of PHPC

Can you come and please log in with the previous super user account we gave you if you need anything else?

The Downloads that are listed are those Downloads created by the logged on User. It does not show how many Downloads have been made by a user
The documentation says:
"Note now there is now a Downloads tab. These are Downloads that you have created."

PS with jd3.9.5 we have solved the database problem during the upgrade.
You currently have MariaDB 10.2.33 which claims compatibility with bothe MySQL 5.6 and 5.7
