The Translation in the German language file om_jdownloads\admin\language\de-DE\de-DE.com_jdownloads.sys.ini is identical to the English one!
COM_JDOWNLOADS_SETTINGS_INSTALL_1="Select all files: "

My German is not good enough to suggest a translation! :(
