why guest can download the file that have point? :-\

Initially IT IS BEST TO TEST BY not using prices. Have you used that?
When using the Price method you do have to make sure
every Download has a value in the price field, those Downloads where the price field is empty or with zero are free. The Price field is in the Additional Data Tab. In the front end the 'uploader' group need to have the User Groups Setting - Group Creation/Editing Settings Price ticked and it is probably advisable to make the question mandatory by also ticking the second column.

By Guest here I presume you assigned a user to the Guest User Group when creating the user. Did you check that they were NOT assigned to the Registered user group as Joomla! assigns people to the Registered UG, and that will take priority over Registered. So could you please check.

This is not a bug but is something that should be better noted in the documentation. The Alphauserpoints relies on the jD Summary view. The documentation should make that clear. Please see
