error in backend after upgrade

Hi, I upgraded to 3.2.51 j 32version. When i try to add a new download in the backend, the layout and bottoms both did no show.








   Joomla is 3.7.2 , php     7.0.16 , spanish version both. I already tried to re install, but no luck.

Would you be so kind as to check it?
