CSS-File - Color Category

Good afternoon,
I wonder how to change only the color of the category to select to upload. This makes it easier to indicate this main category.

Do you mean that you want to have the colour category that a particular user is to use for their upload shown in a different category? 

If you want something like that then you need to arrange that the user only sees that category or categories they are permitted to use.  This is done by User Groups and View Access Levels.  There are several documents dealing with that sort of thing in the jDownloads Documentation Centre.
