getting error in my dashboard . pls suggest

Latest beta version using and getting this error on status monitoring one . Secondly I need to change the files upload limit for total upload , currently stucked on 4 gb .. I want Modify the total upload limit .

Error

and this error when user tries to add files ..

This error when creating categories.

Hi
I think you either have have your Joomla system debug turned on  Global Config - System Settings, or you have error reporting set in php.ini (this is the most likely one I suspect)
There are extra settings to control Joomla system debug reporting in the plugin System - Debug

The messages you are seeing are warnings of little significance.  There are a variety of debug levels in php and the default is often  too simple.

No , setting is turned off . I have installed 2-3 times lower and upper versions then it occurred . Check attached
