Download link doesn't download - redirects page to list of docs

Have tried in several different browsers on pc and mac. Joomla 3.4.1. JDownloads 3.2.30.  People acknowledge the license, click download button and are redirected back to the page they started from listing the documents in the category. Nothing downloads.  I just launched this site and have to take it down as these are paid downloads and I have people complaining already that it's not working. Very embarrassing.

File with access info is attached.  (Was attached - I didn't realize attachments would be public) I will try to pm you with it if that's possible.

Have the downloads works, before you have updated last time (on 3.2.30)?
