Hi,

we use the latest version of jdownloads to manage the downloads on our joomla page (latest version). We configured jdownloads to open pdf files in a new browser window which works fine except for downloads within the module "Jdownload Top". In this module, pdf files open in the old window.

Is this a bug or did I miss a setting of the module?

Thanks for your help.

I could not reproduce this here. Maybe has it to do with your special settings in the jD configuration and the module settings?

Have you pubished also other jD module and have you there the same result? Maybe could be useful a few pics from the module settings.

In the settings of jdownloads I defined that pdf downloads should open in a new browser window.
This works fine for downloads within an article. Example:
https://www.heliosventilatoren.de/de/produktprogramm/boxventilatoren

We also use the jdownloads module "jdownloads top" for pdf files but in this case pdf files open in the original window.
Example: https://www.heliosventilatoren.de/de/service/kundendienst/technischer-support-produkt-faqs#ifaqCat-141 . The Name of the module is  "Produkt Checklisten", the module is on the right.

I could not find settings for the module to change this behaviour.

Thanks again for your help.
