jdownloads_logo_bigToday we have found a mistake in the release 1.5.2 RC2. It was not possible to download multiple files with the checkboxes. But this is the only one fixed bug in the new release. Nothing else.

So you must only update to the new version, when you use a layout with checkboxes.
