Scan.php blank (2.5.30)
« on: 09.01.2017 23:11:16 »
I used to be able to run the scan "check downloads area now" just fine, but lately when I try, I just get a blank page.
I haven't changed anything and all the files (scan.php and the others) are still there.

How do I fix this?

Please activate the debug option in the Joomla configuration and try it then again. Post here then the result.

I have see now that you use a very old 2.5 version. Please update to the newest 3.2.x version. Instructions can you find in the documentation.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Isn't this the support forum for 2.5? Or are you saying you don't support older versions at all anymore?
I can't upgrade to the newest version because my server doesn't support it.

Turning on debug (as described in the documentation link you provided) didn't show any errors other than:
Code: [Select]
Strict Standards: Declaration of JCacheControllerPage::store() should be compatible with JCacheController::store($data, $id, $group = NULL) in /libraries/joomla/cache/controller/page.php on line 199

and the pop-up window for the scan.php still remained blank.
