Document List
« on: 06.01.2014 22:05:37 »
Hello

I´ve like to make a method for my users to download the files that will need for the next concert. En the web i´ve got the whole repository of files and for the next concert the only need 15 files. How can i do that without repeting the files?

I´ve got in the jdownloads a big set of files. I imagine:

  \Song Letters\ Beethoven\...
  \Song Letters\Mozart\...
  \Song Letters\BAch\...

In the March Concert we will sing the First Simphony Beethoven and Second Symphone Mozart(for instance). I would like to create a folder or sth similar like this:

 \Conerts\2014 March\First Simphony Beethoven
  \Conerts\2014 March\Second Symphone Mozart

without repeting the files. Sth like Direct Access. The user could easily download the whole files. I think in create a document with links to the documents, but how can this user download the whole files in a zip?

I´m thinking also that the user could authenticate with the tablet in un ensayo(concert) and easily access the Song Letters.

Do you understand me now?

Best Regards

Borja

Hi Borja,
Quote
without repeting the files.
this is currently not possible. Every download must have a own file. But why create you not 'a single zip file' with all required files for every composer? I think this also for your members the easist way.

By the way, with the coming version 2.5 can you select in the future also a file from a other download.

Yeah just put all the files in a zip or rar and upload that. Easy to upload and easy to download and it'll only be one file. No repeating.

No Problem. You have to clear the question first in your mind.
