Latest Updated Module
« on: 01.10.2013 17:48:14 »
Good morning,
I am unable to get the Latest Updated module to display on our site.
I have tried both my custom template and default,
I have verified that the position is correct,
I have it set for both special and public,
I have tried setting categories to 0 for all,
I have tried setting specific category id's,
and so on.

So far, no luck. Any thoughts or ideas?  (Note: New and recent downloads works perfectly).

Thank you,
Sarrene'

Hi Sarrene,
you must activate this option in your download edit page. See pics.
See also in configuration the option: "How long a download is considered as: Updated (days)" value.

I am sorry for the late reply. It has been a hectic few weeks. I checked the settings and I have this done already. I have tried to change the days from 15 to 30 and still no luck. I may be missing something? Here is a screenshot of that section.

It is baffling since i had it working on the older 2.5 version and prior. I must be missing something. Could it possibly be something in the module itself?

Thank you kindly! I appreciate the help!!
Sarrene'

p.s. I remembered to check the Notify me below this time! :)

Create a new download in backend select a file for him and activate the option in the top (see pic above).
Publish the download for all users and check the module output.
When this not helped, send me login data for backend via PM.
