Blank page Error

Hi...Can anyone please help me? After installing and configuring jdownloads 3.2.61 I get an error on the frontpage (Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JDHelper in /home/limagovl/public_html/components/com_jdownloads/helpers/jdownloadshelper.php on line 24) and even in the backend except I disable all jdownloads contents and plugins. Site is still in the development mode. Thanks

Is this a development site on XAMPP or similar?.
Is it a fresh install or was it an update?What version of PHP and what version of Joomla!Was it an Akkeba backup of an existing site?

Hi Colin,
So sorry for the late reply. It's a live development and not local and yes it's a fresh quick start installation and the Joomla version is 3.8.7 and the PHP version is obsolete though. PHP 5.5.38..Will be upgrading soon. Not an Akeeba backup. Thanks in advance

Well Arno I get it at the frontend after I turn on error reporting to maximum. When I disable the components the site works well.

The problem is solved.
The reason was the same as described here:http://www.jdownloads.com/forum/index.php?topic=9800.msg40358#msg40358
