Hi

While configuring jDownloads I found the SEF links to be confusing and not logical. I do not fully understand the joomla rounter.  :-\

Issue
the SEF links below have the operators (send, summary) put at the begining of the SEF and logically they should be at the end

What there are now

https://quantumwarp.com/downloads/summary/12-onboard-obd-computer/8-bmw-obc-wiring-install-instructions
https://quantumwarp.com/downloads/send/12-onboard-obd-computer/8-bmw-obc-wiring-install-instructions

what they should be

https://quantumwarp.com/downloads/12-onboard-obd-computer/8-bmw-obc-wiring-install-instructions/summary
https://quantumwarp.com/downloads/12-onboard-obd-computer/8-bmw-obc-wiring-install-instructions/send

What I would like

Can these 'operators' be put at the end of the SEF. This makes more sense because you are going deeper down the rabbit hole or further down a folder structure.

And obviously any other like this I have not mentioned (if they exist)

Thanks

Hi
The SEF structure is not to do with jDownloads but is a Joomla 'challenge'.
Presently Joomla! requires that the ids are included.  We understand that is shortly to change in Joomla!

Hi
It is the way that Joomla! does it

I cannot answer 'It is the way that Joomla! does it' because I am not an expert. But I do believe that you can alter any part of the URL by altering the router.php. I think it is more logical to put these things at the end and they look nicer.  :)

Thanks colin

Hi
We need to conform with Joomla! ways.  But Joomla! are changing.
