Hi
Sometimes in articles it is better to use ones own text as the link rather than the Download title.  So if adding with the Download Button plugin if the user has highlighted some text then use that text in the highlight rather than the given Name.  This may of course require changes to the Content plugin to support something like {jd_file file==31 text="text string to appear"}

Yes that would be another way. Means more effort and would perhaps be troublesome to existing sites as jD does nor recognise a closing tag at present.
