I have a question: how do I have a breadcrumb like the one in the attached image?

Hi
The way 'breadcrumbs' show is a matter for the Breadcrumbs module.  But the normal configuration shows like the attached pic.
You would need to set up your config parameters so that the Summary page shows and that clicking on the title does not initiate the download
