Link image to read more in Layout Files?

Can anyone tell me what to change to make images to read more instead of lightbox just in files layout?

I am not sure I quite understand your query!
Do you want to have a Readmore button?  Or do you want to have more images? Or perhaps you would like to click on the image to show more information?

The last variant would be 'challenging' as the default action with the thumbnail images is to show the picture in a larger view.
