Allow all file extension

i use jdownloads and i want to allow ALL file extensions to upload. Please help me

You need to list the file extensions you wish to allow in the relevant User Groups Settings  - see pic attached.
It would be most unwise to allow exe, php, html and similar executables as they may contain a hidden virus or similar.

If you are not familiar with setting up User Groups Settings could I suggest you look at
