How to customize New Upload Template [solved]

Hi,

I just would like to remove some option, I check a bit everywhere but I can't found the way to remove in "Create a new download" windows
the 4 select box (language, System, License, Confirm License)

It is in the user groups settings.  There is somedocumentationon this topic.  Please read that and if still a problem then ask again in this topic.
