when you will do an update from a older jD series please read first the update instructions in documentation.

This table is not a part from the new jD series 3.2

and install it again

I understand not what you do to get this results!  
Nobody else has this issue and this are not bugs.

And the table jdownloads_cats is a table from the old jD series 1.9.x.

Maybe should you read the documentation about update the older release to the new 3.2 release.
Or have you not removed all old jD extensions (modules and plugins) before you start the new installation. Go to the Joomla extension/manage page and search to 'jdown'.
