Default category does not work in "Create Download" - Fixed in 3.2.2

reproduce:
- create a menu item "Create Download"
- Default category to a top level category
- access the front end and create a new download

expected:
- the user is able to publish a download only in the specified category

current:
- all categories are displayed in the drop down

thanks for the posted bug. Is fixed in next beta update.
You can try it self, when you copy the unzipped file (below) to: JOOMLA_ROOT/components/com_jdownloads/views/form/
