Error: selected file extension is not supported! Please select only allowed file

Hi Arno

Trying to upload some music files from the front end. It's for a band site.

Here are my Allowed file extensions: zip, rar, pdf, doc, png, jpg, gif, txt, mp3, mp4,

When I attempt to upload the mp3 (Amazing Grace.mp3) I get the error Error: selected file extension is not supported!
Please select only allowed file extensions.

My F/E upload config is set to ALL for testing purposes
Max size is 64MB - file size is 679 KB

Perhaps I'm not settng the extensions properly. Does it need a "." in front of the extensions?

Hallo, habe ein ähnliches Problem. Im Frontend sagt er immer "Falsches Dateiformat" obwohl rar, pdf..usw. in der Konfiguration angegeben ist.

If it's the same problem I had, in the uploads configuration make sure your last file extension does NOT have a comma , after it

Yes - rar,zip,pdf,txt

NO - rar,zip,pdf,txt,
