The router.php works way better than before. However, the "view.download" and "viewcategory" should not be in the url. I checked it out with someone who works in a seo company.
I'm now using the sh404sef plugin and it's working wonderful!

I think it dosent work. I have use the option Handling: Default joomla router and joom sef handler, but nothing, what i mus do, that it works? some  tips?

It works a little bit, but i cant change the /component/jdownloads/view.download/ in /download/categoryexample/downloadname

Before i use the plugin from Denis, a plugin for Artio Joom Sef, but the Plugin has some erros. But the router.php SEF links are not so good.........

According to your given URL it works but JoomSEF doesn't offer you the ability to modify URLs generated by router.php files so you should use AceSEF or sh404SEF.

Unfortunately it doesn't work with jdownload 1.7.4 rc3
