Changing the White Backgrounds

I've gone through the Layouts Administration but can't seem to find where to change the White Background on the screens such as this:



Where do I locate this? I'd like to change it to Black (or better yet Transparent).

you must go to the jd_cat_subheader css class in the jdownloads_fe.css

you must change the background-color to #000000
