This is also set up in the relevant User Groups Settings in the Group Creation/Editing Setting tab.  Please sewe earlier reply to your other query about which user group settings are usedThere is a whole section on user groups and access in the documentation.http://www.jdownloads.net/documentations/category/access-controls-and-user-group-permissions
