I meet with the problem and hope somebody will help.
I use AltaUserpoints to limits some download only with points.
Most of them can be downloaded without points. Now I want to limit downloads without points but limitation count on download with points as well.
Is there any way to use download limitation only on downloads that can be downloaded without points?

Not sure this can be done! First I understand that some of your Downloads require a certain number of Alata points to download.
The jD Download restriction is 'universal' but is user group based. So you could put users with Alta points in one UG and all others inanother UG.
